November 2011: IBcontacts company and Kazakh state export credit agency (ECA) KazExportGarant signed an agreement on expanding cooperation and providing information support.

Thus, the representatives of the Kazakh ECA will be able to receive unbiased information about financial and economic activities of Ukrainian borrowers that are trade partners of Kazakh exporters, in order to estimate possible risks when providing guarantees.

«KazExportGarant» Export credit insurance corporation» JSC was founded on the basis of «State insurance corporation for the insurance of export credit and investment». Today the Kazakh ECA insures commercial and political risks on foreign economic transactions of domestic exporters «KazExportGarant» by means of making funding for crediting of Kazakhstan production importers of manufacturing industry sector. These measures were included in the State Program of industrial and innovative development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011 – 2014 in order to support newly founded export-oriented enterprises.
